Karen and I had the honor of receiving media passes through Cheyenne Frontier Days, to photograph the United States Airforce Thunderbirds, at Laramie County Community College. The excitement was palpable as the spectators came in and set up their perfect spots to observe all the action. The talented Air Force band played a variety of music to help entertain the crowd while we all waited with much anticipation for the main event to start.
We were escorted to the rooftop of one of the buildings where we were able to be closer to the action without any obstructions. It was such an exhilarating experience to be able to photograph these talented pilots perform such amazing aerial acrobatics with their F-16 Fighting Falcon Jet planes.
